Palm Bay and the rest of Brevard County
The U.S. Census Bureau QuickFacts for Palm Bay city lists a July 1, 2025 population estimate of 148,092. The same table lists 19.0% of people at 65 years and over, and 15.5% of people under 65 without health insurance. Those figures describe the city. They are not a count of this office’s clients, and they are not a ranking.
Florida’s Office of Economic and Demographic Research publishes a separate April 1, 2025 population estimate table. That table lists Brevard County at 667,900 and Palm Bay at 146,929. The Palm Bay number differs from the Census estimate because the date and the program differ. The same table lists Melbourne at 88,499, West Melbourne at 32,372, Titusville at 51,158, Rockledge at 30,554, and Cocoa at 21,518.
This office quotes those communities, and the rest of Brevard County, from Palm Bay. Melbourne is the next largest city in the county table. West Melbourne sits between Palm Bay and Melbourne. Titusville, Rockledge, and Cocoa are farther north. Beach cities in the same table, including Cocoa Beach, Melbourne Beach, and Indian Harbour Beach, are still the same service area. Flood and wind questions are more common there. The address on the application is what a carrier uses. We do not publish a separate page for each city, and we do not claim a measurement of how often people search those city names.
Palm Bay’s sustainability plan describes the city as the largest municipality in Brevard County, between the Indian River Lagoon and the St. Johns River. That geography is why a homeowners conversation here usually includes the hurricane deductible, the roof, and a separate flood quote. Those are explained on the homeowners and flood pages, not as a promise that a carrier will write every house. The population in that city document is older than the Census and state estimates above.
What people ask this office to quote
- Medicare. Advantage, Supplement, and Part D for 2027. Annual enrollment is October 15 through December 7. Organization and plan counts are confirmed for the ZIP code. They are not printed here.
- ACA Marketplace health. Florida uses HealthCare.gov. Open enrollment starts November 1. Premiums and tax credits depend on age, ZIP code, and household. We do not publish a sample premium.
- Homeowners. The house you live in. A rental house belongs on the landlord page. Flood is a separate policy. We do not call a quote the lowest rate.
- Auto. Where the car is garaged changes the quote. A personal policy can exclude rideshare or delivery. We show limits in dollars instead of saying “full coverage.”
- Commercial. General liability, property, workers’ compensation, commercial auto, a business owners policy, professional liability, and cyber. The work you do matters more than the city slogan.
Life, dental, vision, renters, flood, and the other lines linked from the services page are quoted here too. Start with the quote form or contact the office.
Questions
Where are the offices?
The Malabar office is at 1153 Malabar Rd NE, Suite 11, Palm Bay, Florida 32907. The Bayside office is at 3425 Bayside Lakes Blvd SE #103, Palm Bay, FL 32909. Call or text (321) 429-1182. Published hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM; Sunday closed. Closed on US federal holidays. A separate hours schedule for either office is not published.
Do you have an office in Melbourne or another Brevard city?
No. Both offices are in Palm Bay. Melbourne, West Melbourne, Titusville, and the rest of Brevard County are quoted from those offices, by phone, or by video. The city on a policy is the address being insured, not another storefront.
Can I get homeowners, auto, Medicare, and Marketplace help at the same office?
Yes. This office quotes those lines. Medicare and Marketplace consultations are free. Property and auto quotes are free. A quote is not a policy until a carrier confirms it. Plan and premium details depend on the ZIP code and are not listed on this page.
What phone number should match your other listings?
Use (321) 429-1182. The business name on this website is Javier Garcia Insurance. The legal name is Javier Consulting Services.
